How to estimate the Foundation Stiffness of an elastic support boundary condition?

Greetings,

My question is the following:

How to estimate the Foundation Stiffness of an elastic support with respect the elastic constants of the material (consider it to be linear isotropic elastic with Young's modulus E, and Poisson ration ν) it replaced?
