how to convert GEM to MP4

hi
I have a series of movies in GEM format which can only play by GEM player. the problem is my system graphic is low and it can`t play these GEM files in 1080 resolution.so I need to extract these Mp4 files which are within GEM files and change it to 480p resolution. Is there any way or any decoder to covert it?

You need to get a video editor or converter that specifically handles your format.

You can brute force the issue by screen-capturing the video while it's playing in its intended player

agian thank you IRstuff for your recommendation. unfortunately this type of move(GEM file) which is run in gem player does not let recording. if try to record the screen it will be recorded all black.

Does the player not have any signal outputs, like if you wanted to play it on a larger screen?

thanks for your reply IRstuff. player shows the movie but i slow rate and laptop fan stars to go faster with load noise due to hot temperature.
I asked my question from some other people and they said one way to solve this problem is to find a decoder which could extract mp4 movie from gem file and now I`m looking for a decoder.
