I am seeking your kind views on the methodology/tool to be used for calculating fugitive emissions from double deck/single deck floating roof tanks specifically. I believe in order to model the thermal profile of the tank, surface solar radiation onto the roof which may dictate a computational fluid dynamic model. Appreciate sharing your knowledge/expertise on the same.
