I would like a plot where you can see the original and deformed shape in one plot:
If I have 10 steps, is there a quick way to see at which step I get the most deformation besides having to manually click through all the steps?

For the second question, you can use Tools —> Field Output —> Create From Frames and select the "Find the maximum value over all frames" operation.
