I am currently working on a research paper that aims to create a prototype of a chamber that will recycle polypropelyne. I am planning to design a chamber with fans and a heating element inside of it to melt the polypropelyne. The rectangular body of the chamber consists of stainless metal sheet, aluminum silicate, and metal sheet again, just like a sandwich. Then, there's two fans with heating element infront, and one fan in the chamber door. There is also a cage that will serve as the basket of the polypropelyne. My question is, what are the governing equations of heat transfer that we need to consider in order to effectively melt the polypropelyne? And how we are going to start with it?

I hope you understand my question, engineers. Thank you in advance :)
