While Creating a node-based surface with SPH (Abaqus) using PC3D particles with an orphan mesh. I encountered a problem "CONTACT INTERACTIONS BETWEEN NODE-BASED SURFACES ARE INVALID"
I would be massively grateful if anyone can give me some directions

The question is how exactly you define that contact. Check the documentation chapter "Smoothed particle hydrodynamics" (paragraph "Interactions") to see how to do it. It has to be a contact interaction between a node-based surface (particles) and an element-based/analytical surface. General contact is usually the best approach.
