For axial mixing with 3-blades 4-stage hydrofoil impellers, does it make a difference in mixing efficiency whether the blades are aligned perfectly or 60deg offset from each other.

Why don't you ask vendor?
BTW you should have a document to support the installation of the impellers.

Thanks. I just did. Vendor said for 4 stage impellers, they do alignment instead of staggered. This is a Chinese vendor. When I worked in other countries, I have seen it installed with 60deg offset. This is the first time I have seen one which is perfectly aligned so I thought to ask if anyone has had experience with it.
