AutoCad Command (AutoLisp) for rotating text and rev notes on drawings

AutoCad Command (AutoLisp) for rotating text and rev notes on drawings

(OP)
Hello,

I am wondering if there is a way in AutoCad Mechanical to create a command that prompts a user to input a single line of text (can be multiline as well) and after inputting the text, a rotation of text prompt is given. When the user puts in 90, 180, or 270, it will then prompt the user for the location of the text. Also, is it possible to automatically size the text to fit in a certain area? As for the rev notes on a drawing, is there a quick way to add rev notes where a cursor is placed under the prior rev? For example, autolisp for rev notes might be where the user is prompted to add rev notes (i.e. Rev 01 -Updated diameter". When the autolisp command is typed again, the Rev 02 note is automatically placed under the Rev 01 note. So, it would nee to be sized and placed a certain way in the top right hand corner of the drawing so as to look orderly. I've seen rev notes where the font size is incorrect and the start of the text isn't consistent from drawing to drawing.

I would appreciate any help with the above issues.
