Hi everyone

I don't know if it's the correct place to write this but I have been thinking about this and I'm going to try. Sorry if it's not correct.

Well I'm Mechanical Engineer and I'm looking for a Job in United States because I want to grow as a person and as an Enginer and I would like a new challenge in my life too.

I put my Linkedin if someone is interesting in me and my skills https://www.linkedin.com/in/cesar-almada-9531965a/

I don't need an sponsorhip or something else, the only that i need as a Mexican is a letter due to the fact that I am a foreigner, I have no problem working legally in your country because I am legally authorized to work under a TN VISA, as my credentials are listed in NAFTA.
Sponsorship is not required, as I, the applicant, am paying all costs involved in the process of obtaining the permit.

If you know someone who needs a Mexican Engineer I'm available for any job.

Thank you for your time, greetings !

Can you contact any recruitment companies (headhunters) in the US? Can they be of any assistance? I have no idea of what the job market is like in the US.

Rather than think climate change and the corona virus as science, think of it as the wrath of God. Feel any better?

As this site is not intended for job solicitations, your post might not last.
But I admire your gumption. I'd say research some natural gas pipeline companies in El Paso, Texas. The culture there is very multi lingual, so you'll be comfortable. Try ONEOK or Valero. The job market in the States is bordering on desperate, so you might get some nibbles.

Just walk across the border and become a citizen. duh.

I should have wished you good luck... all the best with your future endeavours.

Hi

Thank you @dik yes I've been adding recruitment staff to my linkedin and of course applying to vacancies.

Yes @JedClampett I know that might not last but I want to try something different haha and thank you I'm looking for a job at the boarder but I don't have a problem with the lenguage if the job is at north of U.S. doesn't matter, new challenges needs sacrifices also.

@DrZoidberWoop hahahaha I would like it to be that easy, but I do not seek to become a citizen, I am looking for a job opportunity, if after time they accept me with a second nationality I would be excited. hahah

Thank you :D

In the US naturalization process, you ostensibly give up any previous allegiances.

Quote (https://www.uscis.gov/citizenship/learn-about-citi...)

I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen

Proficiency with the US gas pipeline transportation regulations will definitely help.

Houston is the best place to start looking. Fan out from there.
Gulf Interstate Engineering was the best pipeline engineering specialist company that I worked for in the USA. They have been in the business for over 50yrs. The others (pipeline specialists) seem to come and go.. mostly go.

PS Don't take the US citizen route, unless you want to pay US taxes forever after, no matter what country, or for how long you work there.
