Is it good idea to install pvc pipes for soil heave in embankment slope where stone pitching is done for slope stablization and then grout of mortor is done...i am asking these bcz i have notic that pvc pipe make no bond with cement et all.

I think you will have a hard time getting that out
 
Its not hard..after two or three tapping from side its easly out
 
Fair enough, but what is your question in relation too?

Can you try explain it a bit more with some more details.
 
I thought the pipes through lined channels or retaining structures were drainage pipes. Never heard of pipes used used to prevent soil heave.
 
have seen it done before but i prefer not to grout riprap. there are too many failure modes, such as cracking, seepage and erosion. better to use larger riprap, good bedding and no grout, even though it might cost a bit more.
