I AM GOING TO DESIGN A CONNECTION AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE.

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME ABOUT A BIBLIOGRAPHY TO DESIGN IT? AN EXAMPLE? I WOULD APRRECIATTE SOME TIPS TO DESIGN THIS CONNECTION IN A SAFETY WAY

Is there a particular reason for using a circular section?

Rather than think climate change and the corona virus as science, think of it as the wrath of God. Feel any better?

"Design Guide for Structural Hollow Section Column Connections" by Kurobane et al covers this (I think).

You should be able to find a PDF version online.

I will suggest you to look HOLLOW SECTIONS IN STRUCTURAL APPLICATIONS (by J. Wardenier, J.A. Packer, X.-L. Zhao and G.J. van der Vegte )
