When we call a cable "LSZH" or low smoke zero halogen, which layer(s) shall have such specification? Is it just for jacketing or insulation and other layers shall have this specification? Can a LSZH insulated cable with PVC jacketing pass the requirements of IEC 61034?
I know that IEC 61034 refers to test procedures and result evaluation for this matter but I need to know the reference standard for answer to my question as well.

These cables feature EPR insulation, which provides high dielectric strength and resistance to contraction, cutting, piercing, force, and abrasion. If you're searching for a tray cable that meets certain standards, the EPR/LSZH tray cable is UL 1277 Type TC-ER/LS, UL 1581, and UL 1685 approved. These cables are also ICEA S-73-532 and ICEA S-95-658 (WC70) rated. EPR/LSZH cables are approved for Class 1 Division 2 hazardous locations per NEC Article 501 (TC). They also pass the IEEE 383 Flame Test (70,000 btu).

Low voltage cable construction it is according to IEC 60502-1/2004- See Table 5[for PVC insulation] Table 6 [for XLPE insulation] and Table 7[ for EPR insulation].For LSZH sheath see table 23.
The chapter 13 it is for Oversheath material and thickness
