I have to buy a TDL analyzer where the stream to be analyzed is nitrogen /methanol at 0.4-1 barg at inlet and about 0.1 barg at the outlet as mentioned in the PID below. the gas travels the yellow line . client is worried about pressure fluctuations causing a measurement error. on the right hand side is a datasheet of the flow cell used. How can I ensure constant pressure at the inlet and outlet , can I use a back pressure regulator at the inlet/outlet? problem is also that we are dealing with very low pressures here. Thanks in advance

Joji

My understanding from the Mettler Toledo GPro 500 is that is a real-time non-extracting sample analyzer.

Regards.

Hi,

That's true, but we need to condition the sample( heating and filter) so we are housing the sensor in a cabinet.

regards,
Joji
