our plant has the maximum intended inventory on all the chemicals we have on site (includes vessels, piping, etc.).
I am trying to find out if there is a limit on how many Chlorine railcars we can have on site.
Under Title 40 C.F.R. Part 68 - Chemical Accident Prevention Provisions it does not specify a limit.
Does anybody know what regulation specifies this limit on how many railcars we can have on site?
