- the D2401-2 trimode (triple mode) device is a level/interface and temperature measuring device
- one of the tools used is a tape/ruler with a traceability cert
- the units in that column are centimeters
then I would deduce that the measurement of an actual level at 93.0cm had an error of -0.3cm at a reported reading of 92.7cm.

Seems odd that they only tested one point for tape measure, maybe because the OP seems to think it's only a temp sensor
