Hi

Does the long cable that connect feedback switch to the PLC input (110v dc)is affected by long distance,in which it would cause virtual digital 1?

How long is the cable? What's the current draw? Otherwise, there's not an obvious reason, unless something is broken or absurdly noisy.

It depends on witch type of digital input you are talking about.
If it is a normal one or a namur digital input?
110 V is a unusual voltages for a input so the specification for the I/O card would give you the limitations.
