hi everyone

thanks for helping a lot when needed

i have made a twist beam suspension model assembly on a testrig and when i get a test when performing it on the wheel centers instead of the contact patch, i get this error:

i have tried changing the joints but when i do that, i get an error about the jack testrig...

would anyone please help?

FYI the interface that i have created is placed on the twist beam and is the location of the bumpstop which is placed on the twist beam...

i know about the error in the solver setting but how about the iterations?

Whenever you run into a static equilibrium problem check that these settings haven't changed, and if they haven't, change them. This rather infuriating advice is the best I can offer. There is an MSC course on how the Solver works, which does at least make sense of the individual parameters. the help file is a good place to start. The MSC recommended settings for even quite similar models do vary.

Error is the single most powerful parameter, some models solve better with a bit more error, some with less.
