Which is best Charting application software for drawing and displaying scientific and engineering ch

Hi, I am looking for recommendations on Charting applications software which can be used in a Cloud based web application. Actually, we are trying to get a cloud based software developed for a condition monitoring application - espcially for Vibration Analysis. And in vibration analysis, charts and graphs are extremely important as they display the data captured from machines in different types of charts for analytical and diagnostic purpose. Examples of charts are:
1. 3-Dimensional Waterfall charts
2. Bode
3. Nyquist
4. Polar
5. Orbit
6. Phase
7. Cross-Phase
8. Relative Phase.
Application must be capable of producing high quality charts with large amount of data.
Any pointer or recommendation will be greatly appreciated.
