Multi- Functional Relay data entry issue using ETAP 1

Hi all,

When I put the data in the multi function relay from the library ETAP, it was not stored. Even enabled was checked, in other word, check this box to enable the parameters for selected supplied model number.

Have any ETAP users encountered this problem, and how is it resolved ?

Always contact ETAP HELP. Within in a day you will get the reply.

Try to reboot ETAP. Sometimes I also can't save changes in ETAP, reboot help in this case.
