NX1872 Assocoating snap lines 3

When in Drafting, if you grab a note or view and move it, a red dashed line will appear trying to associate it with other objects to line it up. If you do this, when you move those other objects it automatically moves the item associated to it.

Is there a way to turn this off?

I know we can use the ALT key to turn it off as we move it, but it gets annoying to have to do that every single time we move something. For certain jobs it would be nice to just turn it off completely.
