Ev charger and battery

(OP)
I am designing and going to assembled EV charger .
All component I am going to buy

Planning to build 350kw charger with 12x30kw modules.

Can somebody tell me or share some details

How much kw typical EV battery can handle for fast charging?
Ex. 50kwh battery can handle 150kw charging or more ?
How to decide ? Is there any curves kw vs charging time ?

How EV manufacture decide limit of the fast charging kw ,

Anybody have current ev models and battery kwh and permissible maximum kw max?

RE: Ev charger and battery

You should look at a Tesla Super Charger. Since Teslas have the largest automotive battery packs with the highest performance cells whatever they've limited the Super Charger to you shouldn't bother exceeding. Then if you're doing this for a lesser battery pack you should reduce the rate.

And no you can't charge a 50kWhr bank at a 150kW.

The faster you charge batteries the shorter their lives.
You should not exceed a 1C charge rate. If you don't know what that means you have no business attempting this.
Any vehicle you attempt to charge at this rate should be located far from any structure or burnable materials.
You better get a grip on what it means to parallel chargers. I don't think you understand that.

RE: Ev charger and battery

Several different types of electric vehicle (EV) charging technologies are explained in literature and implemented in technical applications. This paper provides an overview of the present and proposed EV charging technologies in terms of converter topologies, power levels, electricity flow instructions and charging control strategies.

A synopsis of the main charging techniques is introduced as well, particularly the goal is to highlight a powerful and quick charging technique for lithium ions batteries about prolonging cell cycle life and keeping high charging efficiency. Once introduced the main important facets of charging strategies and technologies, in the previous part of this paper, through using genetic algorithm, the best size of the charging systems is estimated as well as on the foundation of a sensitive investigation, the possible future trends in this field are finally valued.
