Dear Sirs,

Is it possible to partially left a Tank to replace part of the corroded bottom and annular plates?

Moreover, is it true that the malfunction or torn CP grid system can not be replaced or repaired when a leak detection system installed under the Tank and the CP system was also provided between the barrier and the bottom steel?

Regards,

Instead of partially lifting the tank, you may cut a shell window.

You seem to be right reg. the CP question, but I am not 100% sure.
