90C Lugs for MCCBs - Why?

Why does Eaton offer to sell me 90C lugs on standard 75C MCCBs? From what I can tell, the higher lug temperature rating does not allow me to use 90C ratings of cable since the lug passes cable temperature directly to the 75C rated breaker; the lug has no insulation effect and I still have to use the 75C cable amapacity. I asked an Eaton app engineer and while things were a bit unclear, I came away understanding that Eaton does not intend the lug to allow one to connect cables running at 90C to the 75C breaker. Further, the conversation told me there is virtually no breaker rated for terminating a cable running at 90C directly onto the breaker. Even the heavy duty Insulated case and power circuit breakers have a 75C terminal rating, as I understand this.
