Converting air failure position for valves

HI

Is it possible to convert fail close control valve to fail open control valve. Valve already installed at site.

What's the construction of this CV,i.e. valve type, actuator, etc?
Or, may consult with the CV Vendor for a recommendation.

Maybe. It depends upon the actuator that is installed. Some brands / types can be converted from fail close to fail open with no additional parts or pieces. Some cannot. Check the manufacture's catalogs and maintenance documents.
