CERAMIC BALLS

CERAMIC BALLS

CERAMIC BALLS

(OP)
hi guys
can anyone help me for chose type ceramic balls in Methanol plant Hydrodesulpherzation reactor (HDS)

RE: CERAMIC BALLS

There are women here, too.

CR

"As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." [Proverbs 27:17, NIV]

RE: CERAMIC BALLS

Why do YOU have to choose ? - HDS reactor design and catalyst choice is licensed technology.

RE: CERAMIC BALLS

(OP)
because we have offer from duranit and denstone ceramic balls
in HDS Reactor what type ceramic balls
1- ceramic balls High alumina
2-ceramic balls middle alumina
or both
i have some data sheet in HDS REACTOR for ceramic balls i have size and temp and bulk density and pressure but i do not have composition of ceramic balls

RE: CERAMIC BALLS

So these are plain inert ceramic balls, not impregnated with catalyst? And used as bottom of bed or top of bed as inert filler only?
So this is HDS for feed treatment of dry natural gas before gas reformer ?
Did you try to contact the HDS licensor ? Who is HDS licensor for your plant?
I see you are from Libya, so is this a US sanctions created problem that you now cannot get support from licensor ?
