Hi,

I am working on a simulink model consist of 9 subsystmes, all these subsystems work fine individually but when integrated all the subsytems i m getting "Algebraic loop erro" i have no clue to resolve this problem, anybody who can give me suggestion to get out of this problem.

Try putting either a "memory" block or a "zero order hold" block on the output of each of your subsystems.  I usually use the "zero order hold" block.

Let me know if the solved your problem.  If it doesn't, then there are other more complicated things that can be tried.
