Update Young's Modulus For EACH element in ECM

Hi,

For an elastic compensation method (ECM) to calculate limit load, what does 'updating Youngs modulus for EACH element' mean? (Workbench 14). I am unable to get any software information on an 'elemental' analysis, where I can change the values of elements within my discretized domain..

Update to make the question more specific:

How can I update a material property (in this case young's modulus) for each element after an iteration in Ansys WB. The equation is E(i) = E(i-1)*sig(y)/Sig(n-1).
