Feedback on my CPM diagram.
Feedback on my CPM diagram.
(OP)
This was based on a precast hybrid moment frame project of a parking structure. This was my attempt at a cpm diagram for it. Does this seem correct? Did I miss anything? Trying to be near the averages for each task nationally.

RE: Feedback on my CPM diagram.
Before I could review your CPM diagram, I would like to mention few points to consider in CPM.
Firstmost, CPM is a useful methodology to meet deadlines. Critical path method (CPM) used in multiple industries, from aerospace to software development.
four steps to consider while designing a CPM -
- List all tasks before commencing your project.A work break down WBS template may help you decompose a project or large work into smaller manageable chunks of work.
- Determine the duration of all tasks.
- Determine if tasks require dependencies before moving forward.
- List Milestone needed for project success.
Hope this helps you. If you have these points in mind you can use any free templates available and customize as per your projects. Thanks,
Sarah
