I am Mandela Charles from Uganda, greetings to every one
Being a student of civil engineering in Uganda, I feel much interesting in geotechnical engineering as I pursue Masters and PhD. But at times feel scared that geotechnical is not a highly recognized in the Country.
Can I change my goal of becoming a geotechnical engineer or I can proceed

Hi Mandela Charles, I'd suggest that you are probably in the best place to find the employment prospects for geo in your country, rather than us. A quick google search suggests that there are possibilities, at least.
