As you can see it wants 100 mv/g. so you need a suitable accelerometer, a cable, and a conditioner, and another cable. This will have an adjustable gain on it that you can set to your desired sensitivity.
here's the rolls royce solution for the conditioner, but don't trust the integration feature (which you don't need)
Basically just phone up your local reps for B&K, PCB, endevco, etc etc and they'll figure out a suitable instrumentation string. PCB are significantly cheaper than B&K , and still lab quality. If you want industrial accelerometers then I can't help with brand names.
