Which cells are best for my needs?

I want to build a battery pack that is able to support a 20amp continuous draw for up to 1hr. The load is rated 240w at 12v (can be run up to 18v), during testing I have been seeing 16amp draw at 13.5v. I was thinking something in the 18650 or 20700 or even 26650 li-ion or lifepo 4S config . I know little about lithium batteries( just enough to hurt myself :), so hoping someone could suggest a cell that can and will hold up to a constant 20 amp draw for 1hr before recharging. If you can suggest a bms and even a charger for the pack, that would be incredible as well.
