Question: Shall SDSS (UNS S32750) material (To be used at maximum temperature of 165 deg.C.) with H2S partial pressure 1.06 psi fall under the purview of NACE MR0175 2015?

Yes, it falls under acceptable range from Table A.24 of ISO-15156. Note that it shall be oxygen-free system.
