Easy reboiler calculation explanation for an Amine regeneration in a carbon dioxide recapture plant

Easy reboiler calculation explanation for an Amine regeneration in a carbon dioxide recapture plant

(OP)
Hi all,

This may seem very simple to answer/understand and I would appreciate all guidance and assistance.

I have done a mass and energy balances for the carbon dioxide recapture plant however I have missed out of 4 major design calculations surrrounding the sripper/scrubber randomly packed column. These involve :

1) the mass balance surprising the reboiler unit, particularly, the stream entering the stripper from the reboiler.
2)to take into consideration and calculate the amount of condensation experienced when the hot (gas) stream from the reboiler meets the rich amine stream (liquid).
3) positioning of the reboiler and condenser.
4) boil-up rate

I have added three attachments with my design parameters also below , I look forward to all comments :)
