I am fairly new to Creo's Config file and wanted to know if anyone knew the variable I need to add or change to always have Horizontal/Vertical snapping turned on in the Sketcher Preferences?

Sketcher is the solver for parametric model sketches. Drafting is entirely different.

I don't know if there is a setting, but you can create a mapkey to set it if you like.

There is a setting in Sketcher for what it will assume is vertical or horizontal, but I don't recall anything about snapping to anything but grid points.
