IEC 62040-1 Ed.2 vs IEC 62040-1 Ed.1

(OP)
Hi buddies,
I found 2nd edition of IEC 62040-1 was published instead of 1st edition.
Do you have any idea about the major changes?

For 2nd edition: the reference document has been changed from IEC 60950-1:2005 (safety for IT equipment) to IEC 62477-1 (group safety standard for power electronic converters).

IEC 62477-1 is mainly for PECS, it did add more definitions and technical support information, but I can't see outstanding critical changes.

So is there anyone knows the major change for IEC 62040-1 Ed.2?

RE: IEC 62040-1 Ed.2 vs IEC 62040-1 Ed.1

This is what I found in an article:
"This product standard is harmonized with the applicable parts of group safety publication IEC 62477-1:2012 for power electronic converter systems and contains additional requirements relevant to UPS. This edition includes the following significant technical change with respect to the previous edition: the reference document has been changed from IEC 60950-1:2005 (safety for IT equipment) to IEC 62477-1 (group safety standard for power electronic converters).”
Also, I noticed change in the title deleting "general" from Ed1)
