Need help please...blending two extrusions/revolves

I've made two revolves.
How do i blend one into another?
I want to blend the top green face into the lower green face then add a 5mm round to blend them in

Why not make another revolve?

The Help for this program was created in Windows Help format, which depends on a feature that isn't included in this version of Windows.
