As its a standard practice to keep all main views scale equal to sheet scale, is there a way to link view scale to sheet scale so that updating sheet scale will automatically update view scales too. I know how link view scale to part model using expressions, but dont know about linking it to drawing sheet scale.

Be default the drawing views are linked to the sheet scale, but not the other way around.
Before you put the views down on the drawing set the sheet scale then they will come in that way.
If the sheet scale is changed then the view scale will change too.
I think the trick here is to set that sheet scale first, then bring the views in.
