Probably, the best you will get is information with which to make a judgement on the likelihood of the material having received such a treatment. Things could get a bit expensive for a piece of A106 GrB. Firstly, the low grade of the material is suggestive of degassing not being applied. You will then need a hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, sulphur chemical analysis, say ASTM E1016 related, followed by a bit of metallography, ASTM E45. A person with substantial steelmaking experience should then be able to suggest a likelihood.

mmm no, because all of my suppliers don't have it and I need only a few meters (So I can't go directly to the steelmakers and ask for this small quantity...).

Your chances of finding A-106B vacuum degassed are slim and next to none. You may have a better chance with A-333 6. Ask your potential steel makers.

Dear ElCidCampeador,

Find out inclusion content of the steel. ASTM E45 - 18a would come handy.

Then compare the result with standard inclusion charts to determine if the steel was vacuum degasssed.
