What you list is hopelessly simplistic in view of the needed details. This endeavor has got to be all encompassing, a complete system. If not there will be insane wastes of money and a perennial waste of energy.

Hydroponic or dirt.
LED or Metal Halide.
If LED what specific detailed percentage of red and blue?
White is a requirement for working in the same space.
The lights affect the heating requirements GREATLY.
Irrigation.
Optimal humidity requirements.
How that humidity affects all the mechanical systems.
How Cannabis resins affect air handlers and mechanical systems.
Are there offices involved.
The mechanical support space.
A maintenance room?

The list goes on.
