(OP)

Good day!

I have a Mazak New Turbo Champion X-48 laser machine with the following error, I don't know if anyone could help me.
When starting the high voltage load it happens that I have a leak or an arc generated inside the H.V panel in the tubes, they tell me that in the plastic packaging or I don't know what to call it, the tube is loose.
After performing the arc the machine marks me a fault 310 which is LASER H.V FAULT
Probable causes may be:

The cooling water from the chiller does not reach the high voltage unit.

The cooling water bypass system of the high voltage unit is clogged.

The cooling hydraulic pressure and cooling water temperature from the chiller are not normal.

Failure of the high voltage unit.

Any missing information is pending and I hope you can guide me a little.
Regards!
