I am working with plough trough soil , for soil material i use a pure elastic material, my plough have a velocity of 3 m/s step is dynamic, but after simulation my particules of sph stays in the air i don't know why. I put the gravity on model of 9,81 m/s. I put a image for you to see, can someoane tell me how to solve this problem?

Could you attach one more picture (or, even better, a few pictures) showing this model from different angle/angles and with visible plough ? It’s hard to notice how the particles behave based only on this single view.

I prepared a model very similar to yours and carefully examined its behavior. I think that you should consider using Discrete Element Method (DEM) instead of SPH to achieve what you expect. That’s because SPH is meant for modeling extreme deformation of a continuum body collectively represented by particles instead of finite elements. So the results of such simulations are quite similar to what you can achieve with regular FEM (see for example the results of metal cutting simulation obtained with SPH vs FEM). In this case I assume that you want to see more spilling-like behavior of the soil. DEM does not model continuum body but individual grains so you should be able to obtain expected results.

I might be too late but I agree with FEA way that DEM is the better method to use here. Several MBD solvers have co-interfaces with DEM tools so you can model the plow as a rigid (speed up the simulation) or flexible body (obtain deformation and stresses) depending on the physics you need to capture. I've been a big fan of the Coupled Eulerian-Lagrange (CEL) method for extreme soil deformation from contact. I did a dynamic-explicit study on slope stability during trench box excavation and removal back in the day. It worked very well in 2D and 3D.
