Take screenshots and use a free online PDF creator... there's not exactly a translator for ladder logic to PDF.

I know I am seeing this post very late. I can print out the PLC program in PDF format if you send me the progam file. Depending on the age of the program that file can have either a *.RSS or *.ACH or *.SLC file extention.
