It is worth vulcanizing or pre-vulcanizing if I am not interested in elasticity or tensile strength in the natural rubber final product?

I'm confused by your post. If you're not interested in NR's main properties, what ARE you interested in?

In the texture of the finished product. Im looking also using it as a binder.

Gum rubber (un-vulcanized natural rubber) is a thing, you can research its properties. I've had shoe soles and pencil erasers made from it...it's also called crumb rubber, for a reason.
