balloon leaders disappear

Hey all,

My company just started running Release 2019. Noticed that the balloon leaders disappear when we print or save a drawing as a PDF.
I remember having this problem many years ago, but can not find the solution.
We can attach arrows to the balloon and they'll plot out, but the leaders created using the balloon function will not plot.

Any ideas?

Noticed some problems with the "arrows" from a balloon not being created on a cgm from R29.
From a text Leader the arrows worked fine.
Updated to service Pack 3 and that problem went away.
I just tried a pdf V5R29 SP3, both leader lines and arrows appear from both a balloon and text in the pdf.
