So I'd clung to Win 7 for as long as possible but with MS pulling the plug on support, sys admin said I had to upgrade my workstation to Win 10. They did what seems to be a decent job of it, looks far more familiar than any of the other Win 10 installs I've seen that look like a freaking phone. Most everything is working OK but I have a problem with Pro/E Wildfire 4. Yeah, I know it's out of date and I have both crapo creo 4 & 5 but I hate them and everything ribbon.

My problem is with the mouse wheel. It does not zoom in and out when I scroll the wheel. Both drawings and parts/assemblies do nothing at all. The wheel works just fine in crapo as well as every other program I've tried. The middle click with the wheel works fine, pans drawings and spins parts/assemblies.

Any ideas where to look, what to do?

Found a solution

Even though this solution is for Creo which was not giving me a problem, it fixed my Wildfire problem.
