What is ELP in reciprocating Aerial Compressor?

I came across this term in Aerial Compressor Manual. Also, I tried to search further & got this : "For ELP units with no drilled hole in the connecting rod, bushing hole alignment is not critical". Other than that I am unable to find more information. Can someone tell me what ELP stands for? if con rod is not drilled than how it is lubricated by other means?
