Get References with/without Creo VB Api

Does anyone know how to link an entity like a line in a sketch, with its own reference?(drawn from one ref to another,axis in this case).
I know all IDs of all lines in this sketch. There is any way to link those IDs with its respective reference and skip the sketch whom those lines belong to.
If i use "Parent/Child" I get the sketch, If I use "Child of"reference axis I get the sketch.
I was wondering if I can get this with VB api or with Creo only?!
