Dear fellow scientists,
I am working on a project which is in correlation with acoustic imaging using ABAQUS. I am having trouble inputting a particular value of frequency in the frequency domain step in ABAQUS. The input frequency should be impinged on one side of the model and I need to get results for that particular value of frequency at different distances from the outer side of the material using ABAQUS. I have attached the model for your reference.

By frequency domain I guess you mean steady-state dynamics step, right ? In the step definition of this analysis you specify the frequency of harmonic excitation. You can either give a single value or a range of frequencies. In the latter case Abaqus produces results for several different frequencies from the specified range. However this is the global setting for whole model and all harmonic loads.
