Forklift Safety Keypad

Forklift Safety Keypad

Forklift Safety Keypad

I am looking for a program that would have a towlift driver to accept a checklist before his shift stating that he checks (brakes, horn, backup lights etc...) It could be a dedicated industrial ipad or something. We are getting hit from OSHA when they forget to run the checkpoints on paper.

RE: Forklift Safety Keypad

Something that a transportation workplace I worked for used for pre-tripping vans that workers used might work:

I'm not sure if it is a custom set-up or if there might be ones specifically for the vehicle you're talking about.
We had to scan pucks placed on different parts of the vehicle to prove we checked it. So one in each wheel well and one on the engine in addition to other spots.

Might be overkill for your situation though...

edit: looked at the website again and it looks like it might highway vehicles only...

edit2: well, it says that the menus are configurable so you might be able to put in whatever name you wanted in there. so you could have a puck for "forks" and what have you.
