stationary soot blower
furnace wall soot blower
rake type soot blower for boiler SCR
they are used in different locations of boiler to keep it clean.
steam flow (steam consumption) is different according the OEM design.
it is better to get advice from them.

The worse mistake that the National Board ever made was to have their representatives sent to China on a mission to show how things are done in the USA back either in the late 1970's or early '80's
